Ensure the selected ExoSwap network matches the wallet network. A provider RPC may be slow or rate-limited. Refresh the page or reconnect your wallet; a missing balance must never be assumed to be zero. You can independently verify a wallet balance on the appropriate explorer.

Global market rankings and tradable token contracts are different. Confirm the exact chain and smart-contract address, import the contract from the token selector, review the unverified-token warning, and request a live quote. Availability depends on real liquidity.

Open the transaction hash on the relevant explorer and verify that the transaction succeeded, the correct tokens moved and the destination address was correct. ExoSwap Analytics counts only transactions it can match against stored quotes and successful receipts.

A cross-chain route has separate origin and destination settlement. Origin confirmation does not guarantee destination completion. Review the upstream status and any recovery instructions. Never submit an unrelated transaction suggested by an unsolicited support message.

When a supported route is accepted, the fee is assigned to the ExoSwap fee recipient disclosed in the transaction review. Network gas, aggregator fees and bridge fees may be additional. A liquidity pool's ordinary LP fee belongs to its position owner or governing protocol, not automatically to ExoSwap.
